Hialeah PD officers make arrests within the city. After the arrest, the person is taken to one of the Miami-Dade Corrections facilities for processing. The Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center at 7000 NW 41st Street in Miami is one of the main booking locations. The Pre-Trial Detention Center at 1321 NW 13th Street and the Metro-West Detention Center at 13850 NW 41st Street are other sites where people from Hialeah might be processed. Which facility they go to depends on capacity and logistics at the time of the arrest.
